Conversation

We start by talking about your life, your story, and the areas you’d like clarity on. This is also the time to share your list of questions. (1.5–2 hours)

Relaxation & Connection

You enter a deep, calm brain wave state (theta). Here, your higher wisdom comes forward, offering insights, guidance, and a broader perspective. (around 2 hours)

Integration

Afterward, we gently return and reflect on your experience. You will also receive a recording of the session to revisit later. (about 30 minutes)

What is QHHT?

What Happens in a Session

QHHT uses deep relaxation (theta brain waves—the state between wake and sleep). In this state, the thinking mind and ego soften, and you can: • Understand patterns behind your emotions and experiences • Release old self-defense mechanisms that no longer serve you • Access higher knowledge and inner guidance • Receive insights for greater balance and clarity

The Session Journey

Step 1: Conversation (1.5–2 hours) We start by talking about your life, your story, and the areas you’d like clarity on. This is also the time to share your list of questions. • Step 2: Relaxation & Connection (around 2 hours) You enter a deep, calm brain wave state (theta). Here, your higher wisdom comes forward, offering insights, guidance, and a broader perspective. • Step 3: Integration (about 30 minutes) Afterward, we gently return and reflect on your experience. You will also receive a recording of the session to revisit later. Every session is deeply personal. Please set aside a full day for yourself so you can relax and fully benefit from the process.

How to Prepare

Bring 10–15 questions you’d like to explore — about any aspect of your life (relationships, purpose, patterns, or personal challenges). • Wear comfortable clothes. • Have less caffeine on the day of your session. • Come with an open mind and curiosity. • 🌙 Optional tip: I recommend practicing daily visualization meditations before sleep or right after waking up. This helps you get used to the deeper state of mind, making it easier to go deeper during your session. (But this is not a must.)
